This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney to procure an established book of business serving institutional clients, and grow an already thriving practice.

• Take over and grow a substantial book of business in real‑estate transactions for institutional clients.
• Provide expert transactional services, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real‑estate documents.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on professionalism, analytical rigor, and excellent client service.

• At least six years of significant experience in real‑estate transactions.
• Nevada Bar membership, or willingness to sit for the Nevada Bar.
• Exceptional analytical, negotiating, and drafting skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
