Experienced Real Estate Transactional Attorney – Fennemore
Role OverviewFennemore, an AM Law 200 law firm, has an immediate need for an experienced attorney to join the Reno office and take over a substantial book of business serving various real estate clients. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney to procure an established book of business serving institutional clients, and grow an already thriving practice.

Responsibilities- Take over and grow a substantial book of business in real‑estate transactions for institutional clients.
- Provide expert transactional services, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real‑estate documents.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on professionalism, analytical rigor, and excellent client service.
- At least six years of significant experience in real‑estate transactions.
- Nevada Bar membership, or willingness to sit for the Nevada Bar.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiating, and drafting skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
