Commercial Litigation Associate (3+ years):
Reno
Holland & Hart is seeking a mid‑senior level associate with at least three years of experience to join the Commercial Litigation group in the Reno office.
Qualifications- At least three years of top‑tier law firm experience in complex litigation matters.
- Energized personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
- Strong academic background, practical law school experience (law review, moot court, trial advocacy team), or judicial clerkship.
- Professional references and writing samples will be requested.
- Merit‑based compensation; evaluated on individual performance and contribution to the team.

- Expected 1,800 billable hours, 75 hours of pro‑bono/public service (or 50 hours), and at least 25 hours of Community, Diversity & Inclusion investment hours.
