Holland & Hart is seeking a mid‑senior level associate with at least three years of experience to join the Commercial Litigation group in the Reno office.

• At least three years of top‑tier law firm experience in complex litigation matters.
• Energized personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
• Strong academic background, practical law school experience (law review, moot court, trial advocacy team), or judicial clerkship.
• Professional references and writing samples will be requested.
