We are seeking an Environmental Associate Attorney with 2‑5 years of experience to join our client's Energy, Environmental, and Natural Resources practice group. This position has a focus on the mining industry and involves assisting clients with addressing environmental issues, navigating permitting, and defending project approvals and operations.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge and background in environmental and regulatory law, as well as the ability to support litigation matters. We are seeking candidates who are excited to be part of a dynamic team, ready to take ownership of matters (with appropriate supervision, mentorship, and guidance) and eager to get to know our clients.

• Practical law school experience (law review, law journal, moot court, or trial advocacy team), and/or judicial clerkship experience are highly desired.
• Judicial Law Clerk experience is an asset.
• Experience in providing legal support in reference to critical mineral and mining is essential.
