Compliance Manager oversees the company’s adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
Duties- Monitor compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Investigate and report compliance issues to management and ensure findings have been successfully mitigated.
- Assist in areas of construction as needed.
- Safeguard the reputation and minimize the risk of the company.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in regulatory compliance required.
- Experience with interpreting government agency correspondence and regulations.
- Working knowledge of commercial building operation systems including HVAC, kitchens, heating and cooling facilities, backup generators, sewer systems, etc.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High level of proficiency with computers, spreadsheets and office equipment.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
