Position Title: Project Manager - Construction Inspection

Reports To: President, Westex Consulting Engineers, LLC

Westex Consulting Engineers, LLC is seeking a dedicated and professional Project Manager for our Construction Inspection department. The Project Manager will oversee key inspection and engineering projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and quality. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

• Client Communication:
  Respond to client inquiries by answering phones as needed to provide timely and professional support
• Proposal Development:
  Create inspection proposals and cost estimates to support project planning and client engagement
• Document Processing:
  Complete Detailed Field Report (DFR) processing and meet transmittal deadlines to ensure project documentation is accurate and submitted on time
• Reporting:
  Draft final inspection letters to summarize findings and provide clear communication to stakeholders
• Financial Oversight:
  Review, approve, and send invoices as needed to maintain accurate billing processes
• Budget Management:
  Track project budgets and process change orders to ensure financial alignment with project goals
• Project Coordination:
  Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery

• Proven experience in construction inspection or related engineering projects
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with budget tracking, cost estimation, and invoice processing
• Dedication to professionalism, accuracy, and high-quality work
