Automated Logic (ALC), a part of Carrier Global Corporation, is looking for an Associate Project Manager who will manage smaller commercial installation projects in a building solutions environment and collaborate on larger projects with the Project Manager. The Associate Project Manager will work closely with subcontractors and cross‑functional teams, both in the office and at various clients’ sites in Reno, Nevada.

• Manage projects following project processes and, where applicable, under direction from a Sr. Project Manager.
• Complete projects per contractual requirements within budget, on time, and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the overall financial performance of assigned projects, including planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections, and cost re‑estimating.
• Deliver the contracted scope and secure change orders for scope expansion.
• Coordinate project materials and shared resources, identify constraints, and assist with corrective action plans.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors, address issues, and implement corrective action plans.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years experience in project management in mechanical, electrical or commercial construction environments.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Associate’s degree or Technical Trade school.
• Experience in Construction, HVAC and/or Building Automation.
• Windows & Microsoft Office Suite:
  Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, and Access.
• Self‑starter; ability to organize and plan work schedules.
• Team‑player with strong problem‑solving and project management skills.
• Ability to read contract documents and design drawings to understand scope of work.
• English written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and practices.
• Project financial reporting experience.

Factors which may affect pay within this range include skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be entitled to short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.

Pay Range: $65,500.00 – $91,500.00
