The Onsite Operations Manager is responsible for the overall execution and completion of one or more simultaneous projects, including revenue, profit and loss, employee management, facilities and equipment, and dispatch.

• Oversee the execution and completion of multiple projects.
• Manage project revenue, profit and loss.
• Hire, train, and supervise project staff.
• Maintain facilities and rental equipment.
• Coordinate dispatch and logistics.
• Ensure safety standards are met on all job sites.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industries.
• Ability to travel as required to perform duties.

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and the Wynne system.
• Project management skills.

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors and outdoors as required by the job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.
