What You’ll DoKey Responsibilities
- Project Planning
:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Identify and allocate necessary resources, both human and material, to ensure successful execution. Coordinate and manage the project team, including subcontractors. Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and provide guidance to ensure efficient resource utilization and adherence to milestones. Continuously monitor risks, resolve issues, and adapt plans as needed to minimize disruptions. - Quality Control
:
Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure projects meet the highest standards. Conduct regular inspections and collaborate with stakeholders to address concerns. Monitor progress and hold status meetings to keep the project running on time and document completion. - Budget Management
:
Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost control, and risk mitigation. Review and negotiate client contracts, monitor resource utilization, quantify cost or schedule impacts of changes, and notify stakeholders of changes. - Collaborative Leadership
:
Establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Address concerns, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure satisfaction throughout the lifecycle. Support IME’s culture of safety. - Industry Networking
:
Act as a brand ambassador, promote company values, and demonstrate integrity and ethics with internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Strong ability to complete due diligence and risk assessment.
- Impeccable integrity and ethics with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions, and trade practices.
- Excellent communication skills – articulate messages, persuade, and explain complex information to varied audiences.
- Willingness to travel to construction sites frequently.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Blue Beam, and Accubid.
- Proven ability to manage projects consistently to completion, on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of electrical construction in large‑scale commercial environments.
- Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to stay informed of market trends.
- Thorough understanding of safety standards in electrical construction.
