Sodexo is hiring a Human Resources Manager 3 to support Renown Regional Medical Center, Renown Rehab Hospital, and Renown South Meadows Hospital in Reno, NV. This position will oversee approximately 300 employees within the Food Services and Environmental Services departments across these three Renown Health locations.
What You'll Do- recruit and onboard frontline hires utilizing onboarding and payroll systems
- possess knowledge of state and federal HR laws
- maintain active and terminated employee files
- understand and respect sensitive and confidential information
- have excellent computer skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as the ability to learn additional computer programs as needed
- complete special projects based on business needs regarding human resources data and analysis
- demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities and meet time demands

What You Bring- havethe ability to speak Spanishto assist in managing this workforce.
- fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Teams) and Smartsheet
- able to create and facilitate training utilizing webinars
- detailed oriented, flexible, and have ability to manage multiple priorities
- have excellent organization, communication and project management skills

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 2 years in HR
