We’re hiring a BAS Project Manager in Reno, NV to lead controls projects—handling estimates, schedules, and change orders from start to finish.

• Keep BAS projects on time and on budget
• Improve estimating and planning accuracy
• Manage scope changes and field coordination
• Ensure smooth handoffs from install to programming

• Run building automation projects from kickoff through closeout
• Estimate labor, materials, and equipment needs
• Lead submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Coordinate with field teams, techs, and subcontractors
• Track schedules and update all stakeholders
• Review plans and sequences for controls scope
• Support installation, startup, and commissioning
• Ensure clear communication with clients and teams

• 3+ years managing BAS or controls projects
• Experience with Distech, Tridium / Niagara, Siemens, Johnson Controls, or similar systems
• Strong skills in estimating, scheduling, and change orders
• Comfortable working with field teams and technical crews
• Based in the Reno area with a steady work record

• Hands-on background in controls installation or programming
• Familiar with Metasys, ALC, Alerton, Eco Struxure, etc.
• Able to read controls drawings and sequences
• Experience using Bluebeam, MS Project, or Procore
