• 16 paid hours annually to volunteer in the community
• Truck provided + relocation support if needed
• Health, vision, and dental insurance 100% paid for the employee
• PTO: 2 weeks in year 1, Increasing to 4 weeks
• 401(k) with match: 3% + 50% of the next 2%

• Manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects from start to finish
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, materials, and subcontractors
• Serve as the primary point of contact between field crews and office leadership
• Collaborate with Superintendents and Field Leaders to support field operations
• Speak Spanish to communicate effectively with crews (required)

• 3–5+ years of commercial roofing experience (Project Manager- level)
• Proficiency with single-ply systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM)
• Fluent in Spanish
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects at once
