Creative Hot Tub Designs is an established and growing company specializing in luxury hot tubs, swim spas, fiberglass swimming pools, installation, and service.

With multiple retail locations, a dedicated service and installation operation, and expansion opportunities in the Las Vegas market, we're looking for an exceptional General Manager to help lead our next chapter of growth.

This is an opportunity for an experienced business leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving operations, driving profitability, and taking ownership of business results.

We're seeking a hands-on, results-driven General Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations while working directly with ownership to execute our long-term growth strategy.

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial leader who can balance sales growth, operational efficiency, financial performance, and employee development.

This is not simply a store management position. We're looking for someone capable of leading an entire organization, developing its people, and helping build a scalable business.

• Oversee daily operations across multiple retail showrooms, service departments, installation teams, and warehouse operations.
• Lead, coach, and hold department managers accountable for performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators across sales, service, installation, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage labor costs, operating expenses, budgets, and overall financial performance.
• Improve internal processes, communication, scheduling, and accountability.
• Build a positive, performance-driven company culture.
• Work directly with ownership on strategic planning, expansion opportunities, and long-term business growth.
• Help develop the leadership structure and systems necessary to support additional locations.

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail, service, construction, home improvement, or a related industry.
• 3+ years in a senior management role with responsibility for multiple departments or locations.
• Demonstrated success managing budgets, improving profitability, and leading teams.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, including profit and loss reports.
• Proven ability to develop managers and build accountable teams.
• Experience improving business systems, processes, and operational efficiency.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• An ownership mentality with the motivation to grow a business.

Experience in the hot tub or swimming pool industry is not required
. We value proven leadership, business judgment, and operational expertise.

• Competitive base salary of $100,000–$115,000.
