Responsibilities

• Production Operator | Swing Shift to assemble precision medical devices.
• Follow schematics and instructions precisely; maintain excellent manual dexterity with small components and hand tools.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Shifts available:
  Swing Shift: 3:30pm - 12:00am
• Perform routine production duties and preventative maintenance
• Adhere to product quality standards and procedures
• Work in a production environment assembling medical devices
• Interact effectively with all support groups and fellow employees
• Require excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, high efficiency, and ability to follow process instructions
• Use of hand tools, tweezers, and other light machinery
• Assemble equipment according to blueprint and schematics correctly
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment to meet quality and quantity quotas
• Experience using diagrams or blueprints, and following other written or verbal instructions
• Mechanically inclined with good dexterity; able to use both hand and power tools
• Able to quality check finished products and send unsatisfactory items to rework
• Proven experience with safe production practices
• Stable work history
• Basic math required for computing quantities and counting parts
• Excellent manual dexterity, ability to work with small components and hand tools, keen eye for detail and quality
• Must be able to read and follow detailed manufacturing instructions

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Technical Certificate and/or LEAP or CTE Program Completion preferred
