• Research and identify events and shows within the assigned territory.
• Negotiate contracts with event vendors.
• Create an annual calendar of events and shows.
• Recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators.
• Schedule demonstrators for events.
• Coordinate booth and display set‑up and tear‑down.
• Set appointments for free in‑home consultations at events.
• Collect contest entries and follow up to schedule free in‑home consultations.
• Measure and report results.

• Strong communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing personality.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, train, and motivate others.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.

Must be available to work weekends.
