This organization is a physician‑owned medical practice specializing in the care of expectant mothers and newborns. Founded in 2016 by a small group of neonatologists, it has grown to more than 100 providers serving patients across multiple states. The team of board‑certified specialists adheres to the core ethic that medicine should be the delivery of consistent, continuous care for mothers, babies, and their families.

The practice combines a national infrastructure with local support, using its breadth and depth of clinical and operational resources to allow providers to spend more time on delivering high‑quality care.

The new neonatal nurse practitioner will be employed by a private practice contracted to provide neonatology services at the hospital. They will work with a team of other practice providers and collaborate with hospital staff and medical directors. The schedule is coordinated collaboratively among all providers, with the option to bundle shifts if preferred. The hospital is highly regarded for its commitment to women’s and children’s health.

It is a small, comfortable facility (not a trauma center) built in 2022 with 170 licensed beds.

• Delivery attendance
• Day‑to‑day management of the NICU
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds
• Provide collaborative, team‑based care of NICU patients
• Ventilator management
• Nutrition management
• Lab review
• Meet with families
• Newborn nursery coverage

• Nevada NP license
• Neonatal nurse practitioner certification (NNP)
• 1+ year advanced practice experience
• Hospitalist experience strongly preferred
