Job Opportunity – Cath Lab Registered Nurse – Nevada

Start Date: January 5, 2026

Location: Reno, Nevada

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts weekly, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with 24/7 STEMI call coverage. Call requirement of 10-15 shifts per month depending on staffing needs. Weekday call: 5:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Weekend call begins Friday at 5:00 PM through Monday at 6:30 AM.

• Work with a specialized cath lab team performing emergency and elective angioplasty procedures
• Exposure to advanced cardiac interventions including drug-eluding stents, electrophysiology, and pacemaker implantation
• Comprehensive STEMI call experience with structural heart and EP procedures
• Four 10-hour shifts provide extended time off for work-life balance
• Recent acute care experience valued and utilized
• Must reside 100 miles or more from facility location

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license in Nevada
• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience with STEMI call required
• NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS certifications required
• Recent acute care experience required
• Structural heart and EP experience preferred
• RCES or RCIS certification preferred
• BSN highly desired
