RN - Critical Care

Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring for the position of RN - Critical Care in Reno, NV. Nurses with experience in Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra-aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care, Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Shifts available: day shift, night shift, and mid shift
• Job types available: full time, part time, and per diem

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) – preferred
• ACLS certification – preferred
• Ability to function effectively under stress
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life‑threatening conditions
• Manage various life‑support systems such as ventilation and heart‑monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
• Administer medications and other treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan

Salary: $60,550 to $100,990 per year.
