Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week night shift Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring an active NV RN license and EPIC charting experience.
Responsibilities- Work in the Telemetry T7 unit of a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 18:45 to 07:15
- Assignment duration is 13 weeks
- Care for patients requiring telemetry monitoring
- Epic EMR used, with training during orientation or test-out option
- No blocked scheduling allowed
- Minimum of two major holidays required during assignment
- No local candidates permitted; must live more than 60 miles from facility
- RTO (requested time off) must be included at time of application and cannot be added later
- A 13-week break is required for returning travelers after contract completion
- Holiday coverage expectation includes at least two major holidays
- Epic EMR training is provided during orientation or candidates may test out
- KRONOS is used for timekeeping
- Active Nevada RN license required for consideration
- Minimum of 2 years of recent specialty experience in telemetry
- American Heart Association (AHA) certification required
- Experience with telemetry monitoring equipment preferred
- Experience with Epic EMR is preferred but training will be provided
