Nurse Practitioner; NP - Injectables and Laser Specialist

Skin R&R Treatment (Skin RRT) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our innovative team, specializing in aesthetic and medical skincare. The NP will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient consultations, conducting thorough skin assessments, and administering a wide range of injectable treatments, including neurotoxins (like Botox), dermal fillers, and other advanced therapies. The ideal candidate has a passion for aesthetic medicine, a commitment to patient safety, and a proven track record of achieving natural, beautiful results.

This role will start off as Part Time with the opportunity to become Full Time.

• Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and medical history reviews to determine appropriate treatment plans for patients.
• Independently and skillfully administer cosmetic injectable treatments, including Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, and other fillers to the face and body.
• Perform ablative and non-ablative Laser Treatments
• Administer specialized injections such as Semaglutide (if offered by the clinic for weight management).
• Perform or assist with other non-invasive procedures, which may include laser treatments, chemical peels, and micro-needling, as required.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate patient records, treatment logs, and progress notes in compliance with all medical and regulatory standards.
• Ensure the highest level of patient safety, comfort, and care throughout all procedures.

• Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, expected results, and potential side effects.
• Recommend customized skincare regimens and retail products to enhance and maintain treatment results.
• Handle patient follow-up appointments and assess treatment efficacy.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements, techniques, and safety protocols in aesthetic medicine.
• Maintain a sterile and organized work environment.
• Participate in professional development, training, and company meetings.

• Education:
  
  Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
• Licensure:
  Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Nevada.
• Certification:
  Current national board certification (ANCC, AANP).

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience administering aesthetic injections (neurotoxins and dermal fillers) in a clinical setting (medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery office).
• Minimum 1 year of experience performing ablative and non-ablative Laser Treatments.
• Current BLS / ACLS certification.

• A keen artistic eye for facial anatomy and aesthetics.
• Exceptional manual dexterity and precision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and superior customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
