Job Description:

Job Responsibility:
Responsible for mowing, trimming, and edging all grass areas, watering grass and flower bed areas, performing winter snow removal, and general clean up and maintenance of center grounds to include tree limbs, debris, etc., in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for keeping assigned areas clean and orderly.
- Mow, trim and edge all grass areas, water grass & flower bed areas, and use insecticides & herbicides as appropriate.
- Perform general cleanup of grounds to include debris, tree limbs, etc.
- Operate all ground equipment and machinery including front end loaders, tractors, lawnmowers, edgers and snow removal equipment.
- Install and repair sprinklers and associated lawn watering equipment.
- Order materials to perform work, prepare paperwork to reflect cost, use materials and other data for accounting purposes.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year related experience.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
