Quality Assurance Manager – FAA Repair Station

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr.
Job SummaryLeads the Quality Assurance department for an FAA Part 145 Repair Station, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company quality standards.
Responsibilities- Manage quality operations and ensure compliance with 14 CFR Part 145.
- Maintain Repair Station and Quality Control Manuals.
- Oversee internal audits, calibration, training, and documentation.
- Support FAA and customer quality requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
- Prepare and manage department budgets.
- 7+ years in Quality Management within an aircraft MRO or FAA Repair Station.
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certificate.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, ISO systems, and Safety Management.
- Experience supervising 10+ employees.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Degree in Aviation, Engineering, or Business preferred.
Ability to walk, climb, kneel, lift up to 75 lbs; fluent in English.
