Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr.

Leads the Quality Assurance department for an FAA Part 145 Repair Station, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company quality standards.

• Manage quality operations and ensure compliance with 14 CFR Part 145.
• Maintain Repair Station and Quality Control Manuals.
• Oversee internal audits, calibration, training, and documentation.
• Support FAA and customer quality requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
• Prepare and manage department budgets.

• 7+ years in Quality Management within an aircraft MRO or FAA Repair Station.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certificate.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, ISO systems, and Safety Management.
• Experience supervising 10+ employees.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Degree in Aviation, Engineering, or Business preferred.

Ability to walk, climb, kneel, lift up to 75 lbs; fluent in English.
