We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Electrical Quality Assurance Field Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that electrical products and systems meet specified quality standards and regulations. Your primary duties will include developing quality assurance standards, conducting testing and inspection of electrical components, analyzing data to identify defects, troubleshooting quality issues, and maintaining detailed documentation of quality assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance standards and procedures for electrical products.

Perform inspections and oversee testing of electrical systems and components to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken.

Prepare detailed reports on quality discrepancies and corrective measures.

Collaborate with construction teams, engineers, and project managers to address and resolve quality issues.

Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors as required.

Provide training and guidance to construction personnel on quality standards and best practices.

Identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly to uphold project timelines and standards.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the construction industry.

Profound understanding of electrical systems, construction practices, and relevant codes and standards.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Proficiency in QA tools and software.
