Job Responsibilities:
- Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards.
- Build sales and maximize profits by effectively recruiting, training, developing, and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
- Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment.
- Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
- Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) in one of four areas and rotate through each:
- The Kitchen - manage product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and cleanliness. Oversee pizza dough preparation, cooking, and other menu items.
- Sales - oversee the Cashier, Salad Bar, and Gift Shop. Monitor sales, upselling, inventory, and profitability.
- Showroom - lead birthday party execution and planning, maximize bookings, and optimize seating.
- Gameroom - partner with the Technical Manager to maintain game and equipment condition, analyze gameplay data, and ensure cleanliness and guest readiness.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 21 years old (may vary by local law)
- One year managing people or six months as an Opening Coordinator
Essential Job Functions and Work Environment:
- Lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds
- Stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Work environment includes flashing lights, mechanical parts, loud noises, and exposure to extreme conditions
