The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, guiding customers through their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides training to support your knowledge and growth. Bring your passion and personality, and we will handle the rest!

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to meet scheduling needs.
• Clear communication skills.
• Ability to follow training and perform duties as assigned.

Position involves standing for long periods, walking, bending, lifting moderately heavy items, and working around chemicals and moving parts.
