Position: Anthropologie Back of House Specialist

Anthropologie is growing and opening a new location in the Reno, NV retail region. The Back of House Specialist enhances the customer experience by managing back‑of‑house operations, omni‑channel service processes, and visual execution. This role prioritizes product flow, replenishment, and packaging standards to exceed customer expectations.

Role Responsibilities
  • Understand merchant impact, prioritize product flow, and strategically process order queues to prevent backlog and limit cancellations.
  • Adhere to processing and tagging standards while maintaining visual merchandising and packaging standards to exceed product expectations.
  • Execute timely product placement and visual priorities, keeping the sales floor and back‑of‑house clean and organized for easy restock.
  • Effectively use store technology to ensure a seamless omni‑channel shopping experience.
Business Ownership
  • Lead the product flow process from shipment receipt to floor placement.
  • Maintain back‑of‑house standards, safety, inventory accuracy, and loss reduction to support store profitability.
  • Oversee omni‑channel processes to maintain fill rates and brand standards.
  • Manage supply needs, technology, workstations, and pickup areas, facilitating online product transfer to the warehouse.
Communication & Relationships
  • Communicate daily with leadership, sharing omni‑channel, shipment, restock, and back‑of‑house organization updates.
  • Escalate issues impacting company standards and collaborate with store leadership to articulate support needs.
  • Set an energized pace to establish and maintain omni‑channel standards and service level agreements.
Qualifications
  • Work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, and weekends to meet product flow and omni‑channel demand.
  • Proven track record in leading operational processes and achieving measurable results.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
