• Co‑coach and inspire the sales team, providing real‑time feedback and guidance to empower them to reach KPI goals.

• At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sense of care.
• Aptitude to charm and captivate audiences at all levels.
• Strong business acumen supported by analytical thinking that drives positive results.
• Mastery of time‑management, setting priorities, and delegating tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
• Minimum age of 18 years, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, stand for extended periods, and lift 50 + pounds.

Salary
: $16.00–$17.50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
