Buckle in Reno is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support our mission: create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising, recruiting new Teammates, and providing leadership on a daily basis.
Key duties include greeting guests, assisting with product selection, executing POS procedures, maintaining visual standards, and supporting training and scheduling.
