Sales Engineer

Send Cut Send  is looking for a Sales Engineer who has a knack for custom manufacturing and wants to help find and support our commercial clients in everything from prototyping their next big idea to support for weekly production runs of thousands of custom parts. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients to expand sales and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide technical manufacturing advice and support to customers in collaboration with the internal Support, Production, and R&D Teams.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations on our products and services to customers and prospective clients, while also preparing and submitting sales proposals and quotes.
• Utilize technical expertise and skills to explain products to potential customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely manner, follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, and understand ongoing customer needs.
• Evaluate projects for competitive pricing.

• Previous Technical Sales experience is highly preferred, and candidates with experience in manufacturing and fabrication will be considered first.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands‑on experience in sheet metal fabrication and CAD programs.
• Excellent customer service skills, business acumen, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills and professional appearance.
• Proficient in Google Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to make warm/cold calls.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant work experience will be considered.
• Project management skills a plus.
