• Learn professional sales skills through structured training and daily coaching.
• Make outbound calls and send emails to engage potential new member attorneys.
• Speak with attorneys nationwide to understand their needs.
• Schedule qualified appointments and conduct online product demonstrations.
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
• Work toward—and exceed—monthly performance goals.
• Develop confidence, communication skills, and business acumen.

• Average first‑year earnings: $50,000 - $90,000 (Top performers regularly earn six figures).
• Guaranteed hourly base plus uncapped bonuses.
