Toll Brothers, America s Luxury Home Builder, seeks a dynamic Associate Sales Consultant for a new luxury home community in Reno, Nevada.
What is the opportunity?
This on-site position is five days per week. The Associate Sales Consultant will be in a training capacity to become a Sales Consultant, responsible for assisting to achieve all community sales goals. This includes generating traffic, securing sales agreements, delivering a luxury customer experience from first visit through move-in, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Generate Traffic
- Maintain online presence for the assigned community (e.g., , MLS)
- Support online and onsite sales teams to help drive internet lead conversion
- Build and leverage relationships with Real Estate Agents
- Conduct regular prospecting and appointment setting
- Coordinate with the marketing team for traffic-generating activities
- Drives Results
- Learn to manage the supply of quick-delivery homes in the community
- Conduct competitive analysis on products, features, neighborhoods, and amenities
- Monitor appearance of community and model homes to meet White Glove standards
- Demonstrate model homes, features, and homesites to customers
- Utilize core applications (Salesforce, Pivotal, Microsoft Office, E1) to complete business needs and update customer information
- Assist in preparing and presenting real estate documents to customers purchasing a Toll Brothers home
- Attend and participate in all sales meetings
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional experiences to customers visiting the sales center; build relationships and learn each customer s story
- Partner with the design studio team to meet business objectives
- Assist in facilitating mortgage process with TB Mortgage, including front-end application and commitment letter, and back-end coordination with lenders
- Assist with weekly communication with post-sale customers
- Deliver closing gifts to homeowners

Do you have these qualifications?
- Essential:
- Real Estate license required in some states
- Weekend availability
- Full-time, five-day work week
- Self-starter, motivated to learn through mentorship
- Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years sales and/or customer service experience
