Salary range
: $115k‑$130k annually, along with commission plan.

Oncology Sales Representative Summary

The primary responsibility of the Oncology Sales Representative is to develop and manage a designated regional territory within the state of Nevada, maximizing and reaching sales forecasts. Expectations include being a self-starter, a team player, and responsible for identifying, ranking, prospecting and developing key oncology practices. This includes hospital-based business relationships with oncology physicians, cancer care hospitals, and clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Identify key influencers and manage pipeline
  • Achieve designated call expectations with a focus on top targets
  • Deliver product presentations to customers
  • Maintain a high degree of technical expertise
  • Demonstrate exceptional probing and consultative communication skills
  • Be familiar with oncology providers, drugs, clinic and hospital communities
  • Understand oncology drug reimbursement
  • Be self-motivated and results driven
  • Understand Managed Care Medical Specialty and PBM drug benefits
Required and Desired Skills
  • 5 to 10+ years of medical and pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Oncology sales experience strongly desired
  • Current oncology sales experience and corresponding contacts in Nevada
  • Excellent interpersonal work and communication skills
  • Understanding of Managed Care Medical Specialty and PBM drug benefits
  • Team player, proven performer
  • Organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM
