To excel in this role, you'll need to be proactive, resilient, and results‑driven. You'll leverage your excellent communication skills to engage with customers, identify their needs, and present relevant financial products and services. By building trust and rapport with customers, you'll drive sales growth, expand our customer base, and contribute to the bank's overall success.
What you do:- Manage a portfolio of customers and prospects, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell financial products and services.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to engage with customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while adhering to regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field, with at least 2 years of sales experience in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
