Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Comprehensive 10‑week training program with a starting hourly rate of $26.00/hr until assigned a route.
• Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route.
• Majority of work on a 4‑day workweek.
• Majority of work with no nights or weekends.
• Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses and incentives.

Key Responsibilities Include

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Requirements

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Have an active driver’s license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Compensation

Base salary range is expected to be between $26.00/hr and $32.00/hr, depending on experience and qualifications.
