Key responsibilities- Generating patient referrals
- Coordinating patient transitions into home health services
- Maintaining strong referral networks

- Ensuring smooth clinical admissions
- Conducting 6-15 in-person stops daily, including visiting referral sources, following up, and educating staff about services
- Experienced in healthcare sales or marketing
- Comfortable in the field
- Self-motivated
- Adept at relationship-building
Healthcare sales experience, excellent communication skills, independence, a valid driver’s license, and CRM familiarity.
Success is measured byMeeting daily stop targets, developing repeat referrals, expanding territory, and maintaining visibility in the market.
CompensationIncludes a base salary with uncapped performance bonuses, offering growth opportunities across multiple locations.
