Territory Manager

Location: Reno, NV |
Schedule: Full-time, field-based

A long-established, family-owned industrial distribution company is seeking a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store serving customers directly at their place of business. This role supports a wide range of industries including transportation, aviation, facilities maintenance, aerospace, medical, military, marine, power generation, manufacturing, government, and heavy equipment, bringing industrial hardware solutions straight to the customer through a mobile retail model.

• Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and outreach to businesses near existing customers
• Make face-to-face cold and warm sales calls within an assigned territory
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demonstrations, and the mobile store
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and overall functionality of the mobile store
• Submit complete and accurate daily business reports covering sales orders and prospect calls
• Maintain accurate customer contact information, including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses, using company software

• Must reside within the assigned territory (Reno, NV); relocation is not available
• Must be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle
• Must maintain a clean driving history
• Must have the physical ability to kneel and bend to the floor on a regular basis
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong, stable work history required; maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a proven history of achieving goals

• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred
