Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Response Security Officer! As a casual Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

• Location: Reno, Sparks and Fernley, NV
• Flexible Availability: Must be willing and able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) as operational needs require. Shifts may vary from week to week. No guaranteed or fixed schedules.
• Competitive hourly wage: $20 to $23 per hour depending on the site. Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees.

• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
• Multitask and work well under pressure.
• Work at any site, shift, city as required.
• Respond quickly to critical situations.
• Read, write, and detail reports.
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Safely patrol by car or on foot as needed.
• Learn various duties across different sites.
• Operate electronics as required.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment following proper procedures.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least a high‑school diploma or GED.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a PILB card.
• Flexible to work any shift for any site.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• At least 2 years of security experience or equivalent in Military or Law Enforcement.
• Ability to use electronics effectively.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Available for at least one or two assignments per pay period.
