Salary: $70,000.00 – $

• Assist in the installation of HVAC equipment with precision and care to meet customer satisfaction.
• Ensure customers’ homes are protected and work is done cleanly, safely, and efficiently.
• Submit job‑related photos using Measure Quick for 100% quality control.
• Collect all necessary signatures and outstanding balances, ensuring smooth project completion.
• Educate customers on the proper operation of their new system.
• Report key metrics after installation, including static pressure, refrigerant charge, and amperage draws.
• Maintain a callback rate of less than 3%.
• Achieve 100% accuracy in Measure Quick and invoice submissions.
• Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 4.5 or higher.
• Complete work within the allocated time while adhering to Goettl’s high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and appearance.
• Produce picture‑perfect installations that meet municipal code requirements.

• Some experience with HVAC and furnace installation is a solid plus.
• Must have EPA Certification (Level II or Universal) or the ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs. and bend, stoop, stand, and crawl for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures and small spaces.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory two‑year driving record.
• Must be over 19 years old.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be able to provide a basic set of your own tools.
• Must have flexibility to work an irregular schedule, including nights and weekends.
