, our beautiful Lewis-owned community in Reno, Nevada

To be considered, you should have previous RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE
. Our best Maintenance Techs have skills in all aspects of general residential maintenance including:
- Strong all-around residential maintenance skills in the apartment industry
- Experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance installation and repair
- HVAC Certification is a big plus!
- Making ready units for new occupancy
- Maintaining units of current residents
- Maintaining the leasing office and all recreation facilities
- A great customer service personality and work ethic
Other requirements:
- Moving and transporting heavy objects, as needed
- Bending/stooping/walking repeatedly over time and throughout your community
- Ascend/descend stairs and ladders as required
- Ability to exchange information and communicate with Company employees and the public by speaking/reading/writing English
NOTE: These careers require reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. If candidates prefer to live on-site, an on-site apartment may be available.
