Trades ​/ Skilled Labor Selector, General Labor

Operate electric pallet jack, reach truck, or stock picker to retrieve products from warehouse racking.

Hand-select products based on customer orders and company picking procedures.

Use RF scanners to generate and apply accurate labels to products.

Palletize products according to established guidelines (e.g., labels out, heavy items on bottom).

Stage pallets at designated dock locations for loading.

Wrap completed pallets using stretch wrap equipment.

Safely operate all assigned equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE).

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Basic arithmetic and counting skills required.

Physically fit and capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

Must be able to work until all customer orders are selected and loaded — including overtime, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Prior experience operating electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, or RF scanners preferred.

Ability to work rapidly and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.

Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and inventory control procedures.

Proven ability to meet or exceed productivity standards and error rate expectations.
