• Lead a team of exterior service technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee commercial landscape management and exterior building/grounds maintenance.
• Maintain exterior spaces to foster a safe and clean environment for customers and associates.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial landscaping/exterior building maintenance and leading teams.
• Valid state-issued driver license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven leadership skills and ability to facilitate on-the-job training on processes, equipment usage, and safety.
• Proficiency with technology (phones, tablets, laptops) for work order management and record-keeping.
• Willingness and ability to perform landscaping tasks, including mowing, weed management, and related activities.
• Knowledge of planting, pruning techniques, and pest/disease management through chemical applications.
• Experience in exterior maintenance including irrigation, pressure washing, and related tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to troubleshoot and prioritize work.
• Commitment to upholding company policies, procedures, ethics, integrity, and safety standards.

• Competitive compensation: $26.00-$51.00 per hour based on experience (excluding geography-based pay).
