Responsible for maintaining restaurant, kitchen, bar and restroom plumbing needs
Essential Functions:- · Report to work timely, in proper uniform and appearance and maintain standard throughout the assigned shift
- · Must be capable of maintaining restaurant, kitchen and bar equipment.
- · Have basic knowledge of:
- o Work efficiently and safely with all hand and power tools.
- o Establish an effective maintenance schedule on all restaurant, bar, and kitchen equipment.
- o Instillation of new equipment
- o Ensure reliability of back up equipment for emergencies.
- o Work around electrical, water, and gas feed lines.
- · Must be 18 years or older
- · High school diploma, GED or trade school equivalent required.
- · Experience in basic plumbing, electrical and metal fabrication.
- · Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- · Be organized, flexible and multitasked oriented and maintain a high level of confidence while working under deadline pressures.
