Residential Maintenance Technicians Wanted

Lewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest privately owned Real Estate developers and Property Managers in the nation, currently seeks experienced residential Maintenance Technician for full-time careers located at Indigo, our beautiful Lewis-owned community in Reno, Nevada. To be considered, you should have previous residential maintenance experience.

Our best Maintenance Techs have skills in all aspects of general residential maintenance including: strong all-around residential maintenance skills in the apartment industry, experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance installation and repair, HVAC Certification is a big plus, making ready units for new occupancy, maintaining units of current residents, maintaining the leasing office and all recreation facilities, and a great customer service personality and work ethic.

Other requirements:

• Moving and transporting heavy objects, as needed
• Bending/stooping/walking repeatedly over time and throughout your community.
• Ascend/descend stairs and ladders as required.
• Ability to exchange information and communicate with Company employees and the public by speaking/reading/writing English.
