Crunch Fitness Brand Ambassador

The Member Services Representative contributes to building a fiercely fun fitness environment for team members while delivering excellent customer service to the member base. They are enthusiastic about fitness and excited about serving others, creating an exceptional member experience at the gym level.

• Greets all members & guests with a focus on member engagement and retention.
• Drives brand awareness, lead generation, and membership sales prior to opening, and promotes & sells retail, personal training & tanning products after opening.
• Promotes membership privileges (tanning, group fitness, small‑group training, childcare) in person and through social media.
• Consistently hits lead‑generation and sales performance KPIs individually and as a team.
• Checks in all members and guests per company procedures, including resolving check‑in alerts.
• Answers inbound phone calls and makes outbound calls courteously, helpfully, and professionally.
• Maintains a professional and courteous disposition while promoting the Crunch brand to local businesses and the community.
• Exhibits expertise in all club facilities, services, programs, and operating schedules.
• Create community excitement for fitness and well‑being
• Performs opening and closing checklists and shift duties as assigned.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service‑oriented position preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in reading and writing.
• CPR/AED certification required (obtainable within 30 days of hire).
• Reliable transportation.

• Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lb.
• Physical effort includes prolonged standing and walking.

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
