The Reno Aces, Triple-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks, are Northern Nevada's premier professional sports organization. As the smallest market in Triple-A Baseball, the Aces are deeply rooted in the local community, providing the highest level of Minor League Baseball in an intimate city setting. POSITION SUMMARY
The Street & Promo Team are enthusiastic brand ambassadors responsible for enhancing the Reno Aces brand by creating memorable experiences through fan interaction and meaningful engagement at Greater Nevada Field and throughout the Reno-Tahoe community.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Represent the Reno Aces as a brand ambassador fostering positive relationships with the community and increasing brand awareness
• Provide a welcoming and exciting atmosphere by warmly greeting fans and assisting with game day activities such as giveaway distribution, national anthem coordination, first pitches, little league parades, and kids' run the bases
• Deliver high-energy crowd engagement, including performing on dugouts and the field for in-game promotions
• Run promotional events, including setup and teardown of event materials, selecting contestants for in-game contests, swag tosses, etc
• Assist in marketing initiatives that contribute to the growth of the Reno Aces databases
• Support the mascots during onsite and offsite events, ensuring a fun, interactive, and safe experience for all
• Collaborate on new activations and provide event recaps to improve engagement and drive attendance at future events
• Strategize and implement creative ways to enhance fan experiences while upholding a high standard of hospitality
• Assist with special events to help create memorable experiences for guests beyond game days
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Highly motivated, energetic, with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation to and from events
• Ability to respond to any situation quickly and professionally
• Passion for baseball is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus, but not required
• Completion of a satisfactory background check

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Work in fast-paced environment
• Most work is conducted outside in all weather conditions including cold, wind, rain, and heat
• Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Some travel required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs
