Production Lead

Brief Description The Production Lead will fulfill and process orders, accept incoming shipments, and oversee the general organization of the warehouse.

• Backup to the Warehouse Manager
• Order prioritization
• Workforce management to avoid bottlenecks.
• Partners with the QC and Shipping Lead
• Maintains production metrics for daily and weekly reports.
• Pulling, packing, and shipping orders.
• Use of RF Handheld Equipment
• Assists with inventory control and preventing shrinkage.
• Helping maintain the organization of the warehouse.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere that strengthens the team
• Load and unload freight in a safe and efficient manner
• Learn warehouse products.
• Complete other duties as assigned by warehouse leads or Management staff
• Conducting physical inventory and adjusting discrepancies
• Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Handles complaints related to shipments; notifies supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues.
• Other duties are assigned by leadership.
• Regular and reliable attendance

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience working in a warehouse preferred.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. safely.
