Warehouse Loader

Reporting to the Operations Manager or Warehouse Manager, the full‑time Warehouse Loader is responsible for assisting in warehouse activities including loading, repacking, inventory, and maintenance.

This labor‑intensive position loads bulk and route trucks, requiring attention to loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming trucks. You will work from order sheets to build loads using a forklift and an electronic pallet jack. You oversee accuracy in loading and compliance with shipper/receiver documentation, following warehouse instructions while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role may involve working across various weather conditions and demands lifting bulk product—20–45 pounds per case—repeatedly throughout a long shift.

• Loading trucks by selecting designated packages and flavors of products from the warehouse and loading them into the bays of a route truck.
• Ensuring product rotation on trucks and in the warehouse, following expiration dates.
• Cleaning and re‑packaging product according to RBDC standards.
• Disposing of damaged or Out‑of‑Code (OOC) product once approved by the Operations Manager.
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness by disposing of trash nightly, sweeping floors daily, and using a floor scrubber periodically.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Forklift operations a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment a plus.
• English proficiency; additional languages an advantage.
