General Accountant

Location: Renton, WA Onsite

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the General Accountant:

• Prepare and post journal entries to support monthly and quarterly close activities
  
  • Perform account reconciliations and investigate balance sheet and income statement variances
  
  • Analyze financial results and prepare variance reporting for management review
  
  • Support forecasting and annual budgeting activities for assigned departments
  
  • Process and reconcile intercompany transactions and assist with invoice processing activities
  
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports using Excel, Power Query, and ERP systems

Qualifications for the General Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, including month-end close and account reconciliations
  
  • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and financial reporting functions
  
  • Experience analyzing financial results and supporting budgeting or forecasting processes
