Consultant II - Pharmacy Hybrid must be in Western WA
Location:
Western Washington, Hybrid role.
Serves as part of a consultant team under the guidance of more senior team members to ensure the alignment, buy‑in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of successful business initiatives and projects. Provides insight and supports the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state. Supports strategic planning and organizational alignment and prioritization of business initiatives.
Manages projects or project components under the guidance of team members, participates in change management activities, and performs data analyses in support of business initiatives. Supports compliance of work activities by adhering to relevant policies and procedures.

- Complete work assignments using up‑to‑date knowledge to meet deadlines; follow procedures and policies; apply data and resources to support projects; collaborate to solve problems; communicate progress; identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement, build rapport, set priorities, and prepare presentations and reports.
- Develop requirements for business, process or system solutions; assist in business case development.
- Analyze current processes, map current vs. future state, validate value gaps and opportunities for enhancement.
- Support strategic planning, evaluate performance metrics, work across stakeholder groups, execute initiatives to deliver measurable results.
- Advocate continuous learning, stay informed on industry practices, participate in events, and support consulting practice innovation.
- Manage project or component scheduling, resources, risk monitoring, resolution, and escalation.
- Engage stakeholders in change management, obtain support and buy‑in, ensure understanding of initiative intent.
- Perform data analyses using appropriate tools and methods to evaluate business performance and solution effectiveness.
- Maintain compliance with KP, departmental, and business line policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or minimum three (3) years of experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field.
