Site Manager, Construction Manager/ Foreman
LVI Associates is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our Renton, WA infrastructure projects. You will work with Project Managers, Superintendents, clients, and vendors to ensure safety, schedule, and budget targets are met across the Greater Seattle area.
Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in construction PM/engineering roles, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and the ability to read plans and contract documents. A Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
