• Serve as Clinic Director (DC):
  Lead all aspects of the Renton facility — patient care, operations, team culture, community outreach.
• Shape the business:
  Help design systems, workflow, and the patient experience that align with your belief in truly patient-centered care.
• Be a community builder:
  Foster relationships with local partners, develop outreach programs, and grow our presence in the Renton area.
• Mentor and grow a team:
  Hire, develop, and nurture staff. Your leadership will set the tone for our culture.

• You are a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) with experience leading or mentoring others (or a strong vision for doing so).

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited program
• Active or eligible Washington State chiropractic license
• Fully insurable for malpractice in Washington State
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (3+ preferred)
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communicator, organized, and coachable
• Passion for patient care, health, and lifelong learning
